Clark & Deen TaxPro Limited came into existence as a result of a merger between Clark Darby & Goodare and Deen & Co in March 2006.

Clark Darby & Goodare had been established over 70 years ago with its offices in Camp Hill and Sparkhill, Birmingham. Deen & Co was a young and rapidly expanding firm based in Hall Green, Birmingham.

It was decided to merge the two firms in order to provide prompt and efficient services. The merger thus provided the new firm with the knowledge base and the infrastructure needed to deal with the ever challenging economic compliance driven environment that most businesses have to contend with in the current economic climate.

Infrastructure of the firm consists of 2 directors and a designate director. It has 6 staff with wide range of expertise ranging from Tax consultant to Payroll executive.

Dilshad Abbas BA (Hons) FCCA

Dilshad is a Chartered Certified Accountant who qualified in 1993, and a fellow of Insitute of Chartered Certified Accountants. His main aim was to set up in practice as a sole practitioner which he achieved in 1996. After ten years he decided it was time to join a bigger practice and was very delighted to merge with a well established practice in Birmingham city centre; Clark Darby & Goodare.

Navshad Kanani BA (Hons)FMAAT

Navshad is qualified and a Fellow Member of the Association of Accounting Technicians. He is also affiliated by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England & Wales. He joined Clark Darby & Goodare in 1987 after graduating from Wolverhampton University in Business Studies and has over 20 years experience in the accounting practice. He considers himself to be very much "qualified by experience." He was rewarded for his loyalty with the firm and was promoted as a partner in April 2006.
